"Pristine Construction is a class act!! We gutted and completely renovated two bathrooms, and had wood floors installed throughout our home. As part owner and designer, Nathan comes to discuss your goals and holds your hand through the whole planning process if you want. Mike, also part owner of Pristine, is on the job everyday making sure everything looks perfect. Their crew is top notch skilled. Attention to detail is a hallmark of Pristine's crew as well as regarding Mike's and Nathan's expertise. Cooperation and responsiveness from our first meeting and initial plans, throughout construction, and when needing changes makes working with Pristine very easy. Pristine's positive approach in pleasing its customers and offering overall and detailed suggestions makes this company especially great. The crew was here promptly everyday, so unlike the horror stories one hears. Scheduling is well planned and efficient. In addition to Mike, Nathan and the crew, Pristine's friendly and professional office manager, Emma, provided almost daily communication regarding work scheduling and updates. I got their name from YELP and Angie's List and agree completely with all the positive comments. We highly recommend Pristine Construction for your next job with a professional, reliable and friendly residential construction company."

"We used H&A My Design to 1) replace all flooring in our home with tile and laminate, level flooring in main room and hallway 2) move the washer dryer hook-ups in the laundry room, install proper draining and water line, etc. (this was a big job) and 3) basic bathroom remodel (tile and new vanity). The work was completed in a quality way, the tile in particular is beautiful and was laid with care. The work did take longer than anticipated, but that has been my experience every single time I have had any work done on my home with any company. We did identify some things that needed to be fixed after renovations were completed (splatter on walls, doors not closing well, pain in laundry room, etc.). While I would prefer everything be done right the first time Golan and Rony were good about coming back and making sure we were satisfied with final product. Overall experience was good, but removed one star for the reasons described above. You can probably find cheaper pricing, especially if you sub the work out... but we appreciated the convenience of a one stop shop GC."

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Oury at Universal Home Design did a spectacular job on the renovation of our condo in Pasadena. We completed two total bathroom renovations, replaced a fireplace, and touched up a variety of other small projects throughout the home. Oury set a fair price with a clear understanding that I would pay for all of the finishes (such as tile, vanities, faucets, etc...). I was out of town for the entire project, and Oury communicated with me every step of the way, always checking in to confirm how I wanted things done and sending photos as each phase of construction was completed. He and his team were quick, efficient, trustworthy, and they paid attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contractor, and I can't recommend him highly enough!"

"Topaz remodeling really took care off me and promised everything they gave. Joe the contractor was very friendly ,professional,and neat.Before they worked they covered the floors and appliances we were still using to make sure they didn't get damaged appreciated that. loved the kitchen they did for us,they did the tile flooring,backsplash,and cabinets.Will definitely be calling them back for future projects."

"I am very happy with the primary bathroom remodel Pine Tree Design and Construction completed for me. It was a gut remodel and they guided me through the process of selecting and ordering all the tile for the shower and floors as well as the countertop for the vanity. The cost of the project was fair compared to other contracting companies. Everyone working on the project, from the lead guy to the head electricians and plumbers were extremely thoughtful, skilled and honest. I would definitely work with them again when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen and other bathrooms."
