We purchased the fixtures (with input from QMR), they supplied the drywall, wiring, some plumbing and other behind-the-walls items. They were flexible in allowing a separate contractor come in to fix foundation cracks. We were concerned about COVID and they were cautious in our interactions and always wore masks. They were pleasant, patient and highly skilled. The result is a beautiful new bathroom."

He was upfront about the scope of the project, and was very fair about both his initial pricing in the contract, as well as changes that we made along the way. His team was amazing -- not only were they extremely competent in their work, but they always found solutions for unforeseen problems along the way (our home was built in 1901, so any rehab project is going to uncover some problems). Those guys can do anything. Our basement went from being a cold, dated hole in the ground to a warm and inviting family room with a full bath. He painted the majority of our first floor house and sanded the floor and stained our hardwood floor. His work is awesome and very nice person to deal with.
