"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"Paul was great! Always on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Nice clean-up when they were finished . He helped us brain storm through problems as we did our condo renovation. For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. We plan to have him back for phase 2 of renovations."

"High Quality Painting does far more than painting and we hired them to renovate and expand our kitchen and relocate our bathroom. My wife and I are an interior designer and architect, respectively, and drew up the design ourselves, which included some high-end finishes. Salvador made several recommendations that we followed to improve the design. His team was polite and worked 8am-5pm, six days a week, until the work was complete. Any home renovation is going to be painful for the residents, but Salvador and his team reduced our discomfort and anxiety with good communications and effective dust control measures. His costs were fair and well-documented and he worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even had his team make improvements to our HVAC (that we had not asked for) to improve the air flow in the home. We had one call back for a correction, which Salvador promptly fixed. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "Howard and his whole crew were fantastic. I think we were a little picky about the design and paint schemes, but Howard's crew made it work for us and the porch looks really lovely. Plus, it looks like it's always been there, not like an addition. The carpenters worked hard to capture the essence of our original porch (from 1895) and the painter was very careful to match the original color scheme of the house. We could not be happier!"

"Over the last two years, Chi Renovation has helped us transform our home. We have had two large projects managed and delivered by Chi. We gutted three bathrooms (primary, on suite, guest), refinished our kitchen cabinets, changed all the kitchen stone work, added a second island, removed a wall and re-tiled our front porch. The work completed by Chi was excellent and definitely met our expectations. Our project manager, Tom, was excellent to work with. He spent hours with us going over design choices, explaining engineering elements, providing examples of similar work and helping us throughout both projects. Our first project with Chi started during the pandemic. We gutted our guest bathroom and made kitchen upgrades (including replacing counters, backsplashes, and fixtures). Tom helped us through all the major decisions and the end results were excellent. In February 2021, (after the epic Chicago snow storm), our kitchen ceiling collapsed from water damage. This event kicked off the second project with Chi. First off, Tom and Chi were with us every step of the way to help with stopping the water leak, remediating the problem and then ultimately incorporating fixing our kitchen along with additional work in our second project (two bathrooms, kitchen, front porch). It is extremely hard to know who to trust in the contracting business. Before working with Chi, we talked to friends and reviewed multiple websites. We ultimately picked Chi Renovation because their online reviews were great (and specific) and our first walkthrough with Tom to discuss our potential project was impressive. He was thorough, had great ideas and really cared about what changes/work would add value versus what would not. After two large projects, multiple accomplishments, countless changes and obstacles, we are beyond happy with the outcome and work delivered. Chi was professional, clear, consistent and honest form start to finish. We would not hesitate using Chi again and/or recommending them to our family and friends."

"Jim replied to all messages in a short time, and did an excellent job when we hired him. Finding the door we were looking for was very difficult. Jim contacted many vendors and showed us several options until he found a door very similar to what we were looking for.
