"We were looking to have some work done and John's Masonry filled our needs and then some. They were reasonably priced and were dedicated to getting the job done in a timely manner. We had the following repairs done: Sealing and caulking of the foundation Tuckpointing Repaired/replaced lintels Caulked windows Installed rubberized masonry flashing to prevent water penetration Power washed and sealed the front porch and deck Replaced bricks where needed Treated the efflorescence on the basement walls, scraped, and applied masonry stucco throughout the basement where needed. Painted the basement with loxon masonry paint Dug up a slab of cement to install a drain to fix a pooling of water problem and replaced the entire slab. This team was polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. John was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. They also do roofing."

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. He is incredibly responsive and he communicates, which is difficult to find in most contractors. He takes his time and is detail-oriented. He finds pleasure in restoring what's old so it looks new.
