Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

Called several roofers over months; they were either unable to do the job, charged excessive rates or unresponsive. Second City responded, provided a competitive quote quickly and (after some scheduling issues due to weather) completed the job as planned. They were respectful, answered questions and addressed concerns. No leaks in new roof (I know b/c we haven't fixed drywall yet). Also referred an AC guy who did good work as well - would use again."
