"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

Derek, the owner of Prime Square Construction, contacted me almost immediately and gave me a quote based on the photo I sent. He said he could be out the next day to do the work. He was timely, professional and honest. I could tell that he is very passionate about his work. "We are very pleased with the job Roofman did on our home. In one day they tore off old roof and replaced it. They were promt, personable and professional. They were careful not to damage our gardens and lawn. Every bit of debris was cleaned up at the end of the day. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof. "It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."
