We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. "Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"Went ok. They came with some tubes of caulk. Basically everything they did I could have done myself for literally less than $20-30 dollars. They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."
