"I met Joshua a few times at the project site. We went over specs, timeline, etc. Unfortunately after that time he was never available and was not on site to watch over the project. The concrete was not finished to specs and the grading and dirt-work was also not complete. After getting paid he stopped responding and never finished the job. I knew I should not have made payment until all work was complete and signed off but he assured us he would finish. Have not see or heard from him since."

"New liner was installed in April 2025. Once in pool it was walking on the moon!! The foot prints divets were incredible!! Also had new pump installed, that is now leaking. I've messaged on site with no response. Called company for brand of motor no help what so ever. I spent almost $4k and not satisfied with work or products at all!!!!! Sloppy work at well, found drill bit on pool, rusted the brand new liner, hard piping for pump is going down hill!!!!! Blue glue all over everything, including pool wall!!! Cleaned it off but took off pattern of wall. "

"This technician assigned through our home warranty company and it was a complete nightmare. Initially we were excited to find out the technician that they sent was Anthony, who we met about 10 years ago at a local pool shop. Anthony seemed to be quite knowledgeable so when he showed up to do the claim we were excited. Unfortunately after taking the $80 service fee, he ghosted us- no updates, no repairs, and said one thing while doing nothing to resolve this with the warranty company. Calls and texts were ignored from both me and my wife while Anthony made zero effort to follow through with the warranty company. We have been left with a broken pool and a ruined summer. In fact the warranty company will still accept the assessment from a third party which will hire out of pocket. Anthony did absolutely nothing but waste our time and take our money. I hope that $80 was worth it. If you are considering hiring him do not. Total disappointment!"

The sand didn?t check the laterals. It was not working when he left and he was like no it?s OK it?ll it?ll start working. It was the owner?s son lying to my face like I was a dog avoid these people or someone was reaching for the money before I was even finished talking just a bunch of crooks."
