"Julio Pereira did a great job. He's professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he was willing to assist with sealing a loose cover around one of the faucet handles. The re-grouting job was very well done."

"
JJ came on time and cleaned and polished our granite and marble counter tops. One of the black granite countertops had a stain on it, likely from a cleaning chemical. I didn't think they would ever get it off, but it's gone!

Our marble countertop looked horrible after 7 years and had stains, scratches and other marks; after their treatment it actually looks new. The owner said at the time of quoting that he could make it look new, but I didn't believe him. He also regrouted some areas of this countertop that were not done right in the first place.

In addition they cleaned some bathroom floor tile in 3 bathrooms that also had some deep stains and muddy looking grout. They look new as well! They also improved the appearance of certain areas I didn't expect them to work on.

The job cost exactly what they quoted. The only thing they could improve, in my opinion, is to send a pdf invoice; instead the invoice was written out in an email.

I would absolutely use JJ again and recommend them to anyone. They surpassed my expectations.

"

"
The cleaners were very prompt and conscientious about the quality of the cleaning they performed which showed in the effort they put into it. The tile was very dirty and had a lot of pits that needed filled. It took the two cleaners about 6 hours to complete. We felt they did a really good job and that our job was important to them. I would definitely use them again.

"

"they were on time, very clean (although I had to ask for them to clean up the wood floors). However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant. The technicians told me this was the very best that they could do, and I believed them, but I was hoping for much better results.
"

"Chris was very professional, well-skilled, and on time. He made a chip in my beautiful granite bar counter-top "disappear"! He also removed some residue that I wasn't sure could be removed, and cleaned and sealed the granite. He also re-grouted and cleaned and sealed my granite kitchen counter-top. It looks "brand new." Now, my granite looks beautiful again, and will resist water spots, etc., for the next 3 years! I highly recommend Chris and his company, "Marble & Stonelife."
"

"The Mexican paver tile floors in my rental unit were looking
pretty scruffy after years of wear - scuffs, dullness, some cracks - and I
didn't know who to turn to. All I knew was that I needed a real tile expert to
bring back that shiny fresh look they used to have.
After several calls to vendors, I reached Eric, the owner at Leo's
Holland Floor Maintenance, a family owned company, who explained that he goes
out with the crew on every job to guarantee the customer's satisfaction. Wow, I
thought - how often do you get that? After sending a few photos to Eric and
getting the best price among all the vendors I'd phoned (plus a few
"extras" thrown in), I hired him. Eric showed up with a crew of
serious looking workers, and they went straight at it.
Now I've cleaned tile before, and with these rough pavers,
it's no easy job - it's a tedious hands-and-knees job with a stiff brush and
chemicals, and that is exactly what they did - only they did it to perfection.
I mean, patiently scraping off old paint drips, digging all the dirt out of crevices,
even filling the cracks. Their floor dryers not only helped ready the floor for
sealing, but sped up the process of multiple sealing coats. That's right! Not
just the two they promised, I got four full coats of sealer with what I
knew to be a high quality sealant. Man, those floors now shine like never
before!
But that was just the beginning. Eric said "With a new
customer, I like to do a little extra", so his crew attacked the kitchen
counter tile next, and made that shine too. And he didn't stop there - they
also cleaned and sealed the bathroom tile, removing old stains that I never
thought could be erased - at no charge. Amazing!
I remember Eric had also offered to clean and seal my
granite counter tops in my adjoining house. By this time, I was feeling a
little guilty, but I did mention it. Well, Eric personally went straight to it,
and soon my entire kitchen was gleaming with the new sealant. No charge for any
of that work either - wow!
But the shiny granite counters made my poor slate floors
look, well, as dull as I'd let them get. I was not going to ask for another
single thing - so Eric and I settled on a very low price for his guys to scrub
and seal the slate floors in my kitchen, pantry, utility room, and entry foyer.
Before that crew left, they had put no less that four coats of glossy sealant
on those surfaces too! I'd have been a heel if I didn't tip the guys well - so
I did, and they looked happy about it. Professional, thorough, with pride in their
workmanship, that is how I'd describe Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance. The best
part was, my wife got home and started jumping up and down, she was so thrilled about
it. I was a hero that day!
"
