The sealing of the tiles did not stop the leak and I called again. On the 2nd visit, they found more cracked tiles and replaced some paper. They also sealed around my window even though the leak was obviously not from my window. The leaks continued and I gave up on Steven's and called Raindeer again. They were very professional. He explained to me the problem and the work to be performed in detail. Work was completed to my satisfaction and guaranteed."
