I got a referral from Floor & Decor and contacted Silvino on a Friday…MONDAY morning he & his guys showed up to begin work…they finished Tuesday evening!…1800 sq foot house filled with furniture…Amazing job!!…my floors are Beautiful… Silvino is extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful…His Crew are all of the above & Super efficient..and he was priced below my original contractor’s estimate. "Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."

"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "
