"Groundworks did a great job with getting my porch and sidewalk stable and lifted up to almost exactly where it was to begin with!! I am extremely happy with the job that was done! Jose Viddaurri was the foreman for the job done at my house. I cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to make sure he did the job correctly! He was extremely patient and answered all of the questions that I had as he went along! From explaining what he was doing as he drilled the holes in the concrete to finishing picking up the foam that was blown around, he did an exceptional job! Give this guy a raise!!!!! I can?t say much about the co-foreman (Tony) who spent more time on his phone than he did working. I think I picked up more scattered foam than he did. I would recommend Groundworks to anyone looking to get work done at their house. "

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

Steve was the plumber who did the work. When he estimated the job, Keith told me that it would be several days before he could get the job scheduled. I told him that was no problem and I was almost always available to be onsite with thirty minutes notice. The following morning Steve called asking if I had the time for them to do the job as an issue on another job had opened up some time for them. I met him at the house thirty minutes later. <br /> Two hours later I had my new washer box installed. Steve replaced the old drain and added a clean out. The new box included lever actuated ball valves for the water supply. Steve was careful about controlling the water spillage and picked up the trash generated . <br /> <br /> <br />"
