He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault).
