"They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"I have used Pipe Connections twice for plumbing repair and a gas connection. Both times Randy was reliable, very timely, efficient, and got the work done exactly as was needed. I will definitely call him again when the need arises!"

"The repair was done within three days and the technician was great. However, a portion of my sidewalk had to be removed. The technician said that someone would be back to haul off the concrete, as he was not in a truck. I called the next week and was told that they had 28 emergencies, which I understood, as ours had been an emergency, also. Nearly four months late, and having called and emailed several times, my husband finally got a trailer and hauled it off himself so that we could get the sidewalk repaired. He is nearly 70 and had been in the hospital, so I was not wanting him to do that at this time. In addition, we had them come to our business to repair a toilet and urinal. They came by, fixed the toilet, said that they needed a part for the urinal, and then never returned, even after phone calls."

"A little expensive and tech had to leave for 45 min to get parts that he normally has but ran out of because didn't grab enough that Morning. Inconvenient."

"I have an older house with a gas line that had not been updated to accommodate a gas range. Kevin navigated a gas line to the kitchen and has my new range flowing with flame. I am so happy with Kevin and Transformation Plumbing."
