We got our start in real estate, fixing restaurant equipment, lighting, and heaters for our business tenants. After four years, we started taking work as an independent general electrical contractor, and today, do a range of commercial and residential work including panel swaps, electric vehicle chargers, rooftop A/C units, etc. for single-family houses up to apartments, hotels, and strip centers. Our friendly and affordable techs are happy to install a new light over your kitchen table, but we also know our way around restaurants, daycares, and factories: three-phase wiring and motors, variable frequency drives, transformers, machine tools, and low-voltage communication and signaling (e.g. Ethernet). Quality - 5/5 The crew laid down blankets to avoid damaging the floors. They made minimal cuts to gain access to route new wiring. The crew was very professional and seemed like experts. Correctness - 3/5 The crew was not aware I ordered an installation for EV charging, fixing drywall, and fixing the garage GFCI connectors. They had to do two follow up visits to fix the GFCI receptacles. Overall, I had to double check their work. They rewired two bedrooms to the same breaker when they should have been split. The important thing is that they corrected everything that was wrong and was very professional about it. I’d hire them again."
