"In attic: contained the area using plastic sheet....; continuously operated HEPA air filter in house to avoid mold infiltration during entire process; dry brushed and HEPA vacuumed mold areas; applied EPA registered anti-microbial to affected areas; blow dried treated areas; HEPA vacuum treated areas to ensure removal of treated spores; applied EPA registered Mold Sealer to treated areas.
In basement: HEPA vacuumed, applied anti-microbial and sealed with fungicidal sealer all affected areas.
The tasks were performed in a thorough, careful, professional manner.  I was completely satisfied with the work done.

"Excellent job to Mario and his crew! Mario showed up at the job within 30 minutes of me contacting him. He looked at the job, gave me a quote and started 3 days later. They showed up on time everyday, worked professionally. I spoke with him and his crewman several times and they are very polite, professional and very detailed. There was one small issue and he contacted me right away to let me know about it and how he was going to fix it. The condo was completely finished in 3 days, that included ceilings, trim, closets and walls. Not a paint splatter on any of the carpet or a drip on any of the walls. PERFECTION! "It went well.  They arrived in the window told, and were good about where we had to have cleaned first due to a required nap for our toddler.  They of course "upsold" us on things beyond the $39, but the fan motor was disgusting (coated with cat hair from previous owner) and showed us the picture, and explained how it affects the air quality as well as the functionality of the fan.  We were "upsold" on the UV light but were given time while they performed other work to look over "Uncle Google" to determine if we need it or not (reviews / comments were half and half -- but due to the kids and my aggressive allergies, we went with it).  We did hit a snag when the "heat sensor" on the motor broke, but it was already loose (we heard it starting in december), and they gave us a good recomendation of where to go to get the spare part and what to get (it was almost 5pm when most parts places close -- and an HVAC guy would cost ~$150+ for a $6 part that was easy to fix).  Good guys and good service.

"I highly recommend M&M Environmental services. I couldn’t be more happy with the work Micheal did in our basement. He was not only extremely fair with his pricing but also provided the highest quality of work. He used the best material possible for our basement, and was a perfectionist when it came to making sure everything was done correctly. We not only asked Micheal to remediate the mold, but also if he could replace the drywall. He was more than happy to accommodate and did an excellent job with both tasks. He made sure the basement was completely cleaned up from the sanding, and trash that came of the work he performed. He was very courteous, willing to work around our schedules, and extremely polite. Again, I can’t recommend his services enough and will definitely be using M&M environmental again in the future."

"I am very pleased with Mr. L'Heroux's services.  I called him after some water damage appeared in the roof, being under pressure due to another storm coming. He came over that day, examined the roof, and took corrective action.
When I had an another water issue later on after a nasty snow/ice/rain storm, he came over free of charge to examine the roof again. I believe this may have been due to an ice dam and faulty roof contruction, which has nothing to do with this contractor. I have not seen any leaks since.

"Kevin and his company came through for us in a major way. I wasn't aware of his original schedule of clients and work load, but we needed our basement drywall taped/mudded and sanded in preparation for painting. Kevin stopped by to assess the job on a Tuesday and sent his crew over for the next 2 working days and made them available for painting for the next three working days after that. He provided us with a  reasonable hourly rate and although it was my first time hiring a contractor, it was an easy process to get his crew in, working, and finish the work needed. As an aside, because we were under an extremely tight timeline to get the work done, coordination was required between myself and his employees (e.g. me providing enough paint and supplemental materials) since he was unable to be on site beyond initial and final inspection of the work. Finally, because I underestimated how much work was required (over 750 sq.ft of drywall requiring tape/mud/plastering AND paint, including trim), the final labor total ended up exceeding what we initially budgeted for. Part of this was due to unanticipated issues (e.g. humidity causing issues with the mudding and paint drying timely) causing increased downtime and extending how long the job took. Independent of American Property Services, my recommendation to anyone needing work done in a hurry and hiring by the hourly rate is to hire for a job with which you are skilled in the actual work being done (and just need an extra hand to move things along), otherwise, obtain a quote for the entire job to prevent cost-overruns. Overall, I would certainly hire Kevin and his crew again."

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did a decent job of cleaning out the dryer. They came on time and were professional. I think they were more interested in getting us to purchase the larger air vent and duct cleaning package which is not something we were interested in. They came out within a week or two weeks after I bought the deal. They certainly responded pretty quickly to schedule the service. They were certainly reliable and punctual. When they looked at our dryer, I am not sure exactly what it meant but they said they couldn't clean the duct exactly the way they were supposed to so they went outside and vacuumed it from there. The price was reasonable but probably I would have done better if I had looked around.

"when I scheduled my appointment I was Surprised to have an appointment within a couple of days. they renovated my entire kitchen bathroom 2 bedrooms which had significant water damage. I can say that i am happy i choose to work with them.. laslty, I have no complaints they had excellent service and the amount of professionalism was impeccable, I thought this was going to be a nightmare because I know all to well how difficult it is to find a good contractor!!

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
