"We are a small company in East Providence that needed very overdue renovations to our building. The project called for totally gutting and rebuilding three bathrooms and a janitor's closet plus installing a new floor in our cafeteria. We spoke with several contractors but Flavio was our immediate choice. He understood the project and our budget. He was extremely helpful giving us suggestions that saved our budget but did not compromise the finished project. His crew and his subcontractors were all first rate. Overall, we could not be happier with the results. The bathrooms and other rooms look amazing. Most importantly, Flavio brought the job in at EXACTLY his quoted price. "Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."
