"WINDOWS REPLACEMENT! I received a great product installed with the best imangeable craftsmanship at a reasonable price. I wish I could give more than five stars! Five different businesses provided estimates. I was so impressed by Phil Halliburton, owner of the company, that I think I would have selected his company even if his estimate had not been the best price. Phil listened to me explain my needs and creatively offered alternatives. I was concerned about financing and he said that he said he didn't offer financing because it would increase the cost he would need to quote. When I asked if he needed a retainer to start the project he said that I could simply write a check when the project was complete to my satisfaction. Phil's team replaced all 20 of my windows one day. I was so impressed with the skill and experience to solve every problem encountered. the returned in two days to complete finishing touched. I am completely delighted with all the results."

"They did a great job from beginning to completion. The whole team was courteous, friendly, and professional. Henry, the installer/ craftsman, was phenomenal and did excellent work."

"Windows installed properly including insulation. Beautiful job especially on wrapping windows."

"Very well, and very professional. Tasks were completed in a timely manner"

"Outstanding work! Would hire again & would recommend their service to family, friends & neighbors."

"They fulfilled the special. Unfortunately, they have not followed up with my invitation to give me an estimate for related services. I have been contacted by them since then, but not to schedule the estimate or provide figures to me. It seems that the well-mannered scheduler and the very professional on-site professional are completely out of sync as to what the next step is supposed to be in my case.

That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter.

I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets.

I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores.

I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

"Glenn Forrest the representative of RoofMd was very professional and nice. He walked me through the entire process of my roof replacement. He was in constant contact and vigilant/advocate in getting my roof replaced in a timely/professional manner. His roofing crew were EXCELLENT workers from beginning to end with no messy clean up by me. The painters were EXCELLENT because they covered/protected my furniture/appliances before painting and was respectful of inside my home. I’m VERY happy with my business relationship with RoofMd! Thank you so much!"

"Job went well the only thing was that the guy that came out with contract basically had me fill out the contract and then I asked him what day they would be out and he said Monday or Tuesday and I said when y’all know for sure let me know that way I can have things moved and dog put up. Well Monday they showed up without letting me know. Other than those 2 things I am happy with the job done. Thank you Addison for staying on top of things when y’all had to go pick up shingles because supplier couldn’t deliver them. Thanks for the hard work"
