"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

We had our master bathroom completely redone, painted 2,000 sq. ft. from the ceilings to the baseboards, removed large arches and posts in the living room, added crown molding to the kitchen, opened a wall area in the kitchen, reconfigured the bookshelves in the family room, wall papered two rooms and designed a new laundry room. Humberto completed the actual design of the laundry room based on my wants/needs. I selected all of my paint colors and materials for the entire project.
