The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room.
