"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. "Adam did a great job. He was on time, inspected the chimney and said it was cleaner than he would have expected given the length of time since the last cleaning. He gave me the option of deferring the cleaning for several months, which would save the added cost. I chose to have the cleaning done instead of scheduling a second visit. Adam put down tarps to protect the carpeting, brought in his tools and went to work immediately. It seemed like he was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend him."

"We contacted Straightline Construction to replace our house’s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.)"

"The two guys who did the installation were not only extremely competent, they were friendly and professional.  They got to the job right on time the two days it took to finish.  They kept the areas clean as they went and all material were always organized and tidy throughout the whole project.  I noticed a few places where shortcuts could have been used, but these guys chose to not cut any corners and install something that will last a long time. <br /> They will come back in a few weeks to see how it's going and to make any changes to the balance of the air distribution we may want to make.   <br /> I would absolutely recommend B.A. Morrison for any of your HVAC needs. <br />"

"<p>What a great experience!  Berkeley Roofing provided excellent service from beginning to end.   Joe provided the most thorough and inclusive bid of the 4 I received.  He included important venting which the other contractors did not even mention.</p> <p>The crew arrived on time and work incredibly hard while on the site.  They cleaned up everything at the end of each day.  They started on December 22nd and finished December 24.  Ironically just as the rain started!  Because it was raining they could not do the very last task of painting the vents and pipes.  They said they would be back later to do it. I figured I'd see them the next week and was fine with that.  Amazingly a worker showed up ON CHRISTMAS DAY!  I was touched that they wanted to complete this job before starting their next one.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Highly recommend this company!</p> <br />"

"An old Buck Stove insert had been in the fireplace for many years. It was showiing signs of age, rust, etc. The home will be used for a rental and I thought it best to have it removed and the fireplace and chimney inspeced for safety. Jerry's had been recommended by another company that was unable to perform the work when needed. Jerry and his assistant arrived right on time. I was worried about the new carpet that had just been installed but they were very careful to keep everything clean. They had the old stove out in about half an hour and the cleaning and inspection was completed in about an hour. I was informed that the fireplace was unsafe for use. Missing morter, and exposed rebar in the chimney and smoke chamber amoung other things. I was informed of the alternatives and given some good advice. They were very professional and no pressure to buy other services or products.. I would use them again for my own home."
