"Very well. Bob the owner either called or texted me within minutes whenever I tried to reach him. He made one trip to measure out everything and then sent me a detailed estimate a few days later. Once I signed the contract and placed a deposit he then ordered the materials and a week later called to tell me he received all the parts and would be down in few days. The chase cover and chimney caps are all stainless steel and custom sized for my chimney. He was right on time for the installation and was very friendly and professional. He and his helper took their time and did the install very carefully and it looks great."

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. "They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."
