"got a kitchen upgrade, carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and upgrade. The flooring and carpeting installation was very good and the kitchen upgrade was satisfactory. I noticed some areas that the paint was flawed and a runner for one of the kitchen drawers fell off and needs replaced. I stopped a the store in Plum in November of 2024 and the representative took my name to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing and approximately may of 2025 went back to the store and spoke with someone that said they were the warranty person. I told her the situation and she said she would set up an appointment. I got an email asking to send picture which was ridiculous and heard nothing else. I went to the store about 2 weeks ago and the person I spoke with said she is the sales manager and would take care of it right away. Obviously I have heard nothing since then. The repairs I am requesting are relatively simple. I spent approximately $30,000.00 and would have hoped for some better service. People come into my home and n/otice the door crooked"

"We hired them to do a whole house deep cleaning. 3 workers arrived, and the job took approximately 5 hours. The actual cleaning work was done well and it made a big improvement to our house. However, after they left, I noticed some major issues. A large number of our items were missing. I assumed some things had to be moved so they could be cleaned around, but I could not find them anywhere. Finally, I had to open up two of the three trash bags they filled up while cleaning. In these two bags, I found almost everything I was looking for. This was not a case of small items being vacuumed up, of us trying to hold on to items of questionable status, or of a group of items initially put aside mistakenly ending up in a trash bag instead of where they belong. No, items that were obviously not garbage from almost every room in our house were thrown in the trash. Examples of such items include: a doll, toy jewelry, markers, crayons, pencils, children's art projects and photos, bottles of soap and shampoo, clothing, a street hockey ball, a cat scratch box, the dust jacket of a book, and a door hanger. I spent about 2 hours going through trash trying to sort out items that were not trash, cleaning the ones I could save, and throwing out what was ruined. Almost everything paper or fabric was ruined. I made a phone call to discuss this issue and got a bland apology. I tried to follow up with the full list I made of items that were thrown away, along with pictures, and have been ignored. This is an enormous and shocking mistake. It happened throughout the cleaning process, it was not one screw-up. It took a lot of time doing gross stuff to try and fix and some things couldn't be saved. This is such a serious breach of trust that I cannot do business with this company again because I cannot trust that my home and belongings will be safe after they are done."

"THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ! They do not compensate their workers and expect them to work WITHOUT RAISES especially for the long term workers that have been there 20+ years still making scrap. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND PROCEED A REPUTATION OF HAVING ZERO AUTHORITY. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM NOR PAY FOR THEIR BUSINESS, THEY DONT CARE. THEY HIRE WORKERS/ DRIVERS THAT PROCEED TO GET IN MULTIPLE ACCIDENTS ON COMPANY TIME BECAUSE OF TEXTING AND DRIVING AS WELL AS DOING DRUGS WHILE ON THE CLOCK WITH NO REPRECUTIONS AND EXPECT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES TO RISK THEIR LIVES WITH THIS DRIVER BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO SPEND MONEY TO HIRE NEW PEOPLE OR RAISE THE RATE THATS BARELY SCRAP. STAY FAR AWAY FROM VANGURA IT SEEMS LIKE THE MORALS ARE NOT THERE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THATS IT."
