"Our three VKB bathrooms are PERFECT. The office staff is easy to work with and schedule appointments. Yucel Muslu came out to our house and created digital renderings of the bathrooms, incorporating all of the ideas I had and some of his own. He kept me fully informed of where he was in the design process. We then met with Yucel in his studio and picked out everything (the fixtures, tile, toilets) from their showroom. Prior to our meeting, Yucel had 3 or so fixture options he thought would look nice for each bathroom and we selected from there. If I had a design portfolio on HOUZZ, he would have utilized that as well but I did not. Yucel is an incredibly skilled designer and our bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. Al Onur was our contractor and he kept an eye on our project, stopped by every so often and was always quickly available via text or phone. Elvis Aguilon was the one in charge of all projects at our house on a day to day basis and he is an incredibly skilled craftsman. His work is meticulous and the tile/grout are perfect throughout all 3 bathrooms. The two men who were in the house everyday were extremely clean and swept thoroughly at the end of each day. All of my wood floors were protected and they took great care to not damage walls when they were carrying in items. Any accidental damage they touched up and they even fixed an attic door that I broke prior to the project which was a nice surprise. Our project added a water closet in the master while eliminating the tub and making the shower enormous. Yucel was able to easily make design adjustments when I panicked that the water closet wouldn't be large enough; he was correct, the size he said would be fine is an excellent size. I would hire VKB again for our kitchen and for our two other bathrooms when they need to be redone. They were easy to work with, thorough and timely. I recommend VKB without hesitation to all of my friends and neighbors."

We enlarge our existing home we had a second-floor addition we add more rooms more bathrooms more space for me and my family we found Manex through our neighbor they were working on their home, adding an addition. "We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."
