"Abel and his crew did an outstanding job installing a second handrail in each of our stairwells as well as repairing a wooden stair step and our newel post. The handrails will definitely help my spouse with their mobility limitations. Abel was prompt in responding to a request for an estimate. He helped us devise a good solution and took the extra effort to ensure the new handrails complimented the existing ones (i.e. similar wood, shape, color, and finish) and met our expectations. His crew was courteous, efficient, paid attention to fine details, and ensured the job site was meticulously cleaned when the job was done. "Poor quality installation: broken boards, huge gaps, cracks, and chips. They don't have any quality control, so you better be prepared to stand up for yourself as a customer. I had to call them back and redo a poor job, TWICE. And they didn't even apologize (were actually very defensive). And there's still stuff that can't be fixed since the installation was so poor the first time around. Mike seemed like a nice guy and he came for the initial estimate, but after that, never saw him again, only the workers came to the house, and the whole thing went down hill. If I were to do it again I'd go somewhere else and save my time and energy."

We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k).
