From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors over the years and AMERICAN HOUSE LLC is by far superior to all. Iâ m so pleased, that I hired them to replace my roof. Stay tuned."

"I hired Arnaldo's company for my deck and pavers. I didn't want to micromanage 2 different companies. His company did phenomenal work. They were efficient with their time management to keep both projects running smoothly, professional, neat and offered suggestions for ideas other companies didn't. This is the only company to inform me concrete would not be the best option for my fire pit area d/t the ground shifting which lead me to pavers. Over time the concrete will crack but when the pavers shift it can be corrected and not noticed unlike fixing cracked cement. They worked with me to find pavers that wouldn't have me go over budget and I'm so happy with everything they did. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done.
