I offer more than just repair services to your home. I offer peace of mind. If and when you hire me, you hire with the confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. I know it means a lot and it takes a lot to invite someone you don't know into your home. It takes even more to offer them your hard earned money in hopes that they respect your home the way it should be respected. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"Plumber Brian came to replace a leaky hot water heater valve. The old valve was plastic and had deteriorated. Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"The work that was performed was satisfactory. The water pressure in both sinks is now much better. However, technically, only the kitchen sink had any billable work done on it where a stop valve was replaced on the hot water line. After replacing the stop valve and turning it back on, the hot water still did not work properly. It took some additional cleaning out of the faucet and lines before the hot water worked satisfactorily. Because of this, it made me wonder if the stop valve was really the problem or not. The sink in the half bath was examined and I was told that a new cartridge was needed. After leaving and indicating that they had visited two supply houses, the plumber's returned and said the particular cartridge was not available. Since we did not desire to install a new faucet, the original cartridge was replaced and the plumbers left with the stop valves to the sink turned off. I turned them on later just to see what would happen and the water worked just fine again. We did have to return the items that were removed by the plumbers for access from under both sinks ourselves after they left."

"After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"As an interior designer, I've had the opportunity to work with Brian and Excelsior on several projects including my own remodel. Brian is always professional with excellent attention to detail and a deep knowledge that only comes with being a 3rd generation plumber. On my personal project, all three of these qualities were surely tested. Only weeks after moving into my new home, I had a gurgling toilet, laundry soap suds baking up into sink drains, and finally a back up into my guest bathtub. Brian first checked that all my vents were clear, but the problem returned. On his second visit, I watched a frustrated but determined Brian mentally walk thru all of the pipes he had laid months before and decide exactly where to cut out a section to scope. In doing so, he finally found the problem. A solid piece of scrap pvc was lodged inside one of the pipes acting as a one way valve! I really appreciated Brian listening to me, believing that there was a problem to find, and doing everything he could to find it and fix it. For these reasons I am quick to recommend Brian and Excelsior Plumbing."

"The work was excellent and looks great. Gabe was pleasant, hard working and had useful suggestions for use of the space. We had no problems with anything promised or completed. The estimate was accurate and lower than other companies we checked on. No shoddy work or shortcuts was observed."

"Mike at A1 plumbing picked up the utility sink for me, installed it and did a great job. Not only was he fast, but his charge was reasonable. I will definitely hire him again when I need any plumbing work. And I will recommend him to my friends and family."

"Exceptional. I had a rather rapid turnaround time for repair and so I explored Angie’s list. I spoke with many. When I spoke with Richard, I had a sense of confidence that he was the right guy. Once he arrived, I escorted him into the house and we discussed the repairs. I then left for work. I came home and was extremely happy with the results. I will keep him on my contact list for any needs in the future. On a personal note, he has 6 kids and is a very nice man. Complete confidence in his ability to deliver. Hope this helps those looking for a handyman in the Atlanta area."
