Greenlee scheduled service for the next day and kept me informed throughout the process via email and text until the issue was resolved. Billy arrived on time and quickly found a crack in our old disposal and replaced it with a new one. He also repaired one of our toilets which had started running due to an old rubber seal. "Fantastic service! We have a nice sodded lawn over the septic tank. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

"Tile installation was GREAT, problem, contractor cut all tiles on the floor of the bathroom, didn’t bother to cover my vanity, tub, or sections of the floor. In addition, I am sure I observed them loading 2-3 boxes of my tiles in there truck, they finished and left in a hurry, like they just robbed a bank. They didn’t clean anything up, left one h*** of mess, which took me 1/2 a day to clean up, note I am 77 yrs old and don’t move as fast as I used to"
