"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"G&D did a wonderful job in remodeling our water damaged bathroom & closet they installed new tile & had to match the hard wood floors which all look great! I would hire them again for any project needed. Very professional and always showed up when they said they would."

"Plumber Brian came to replace a leaky hot water heater valve. The old valve was plastic and had deteriorated. Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."

"Bryant and team arrived on time. We talked again on exactly what to expect with the installation. Install team was professional and knowledgeable on floor installation. Floors are beautiful. Matches exactly to other flooring in the foyer, and kitchen. New Image Flooring is my preferred contractor."

"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Rocca tile was outstanding! I could write an essay about how awesome this company is. In fact, this is the first time in many decades of life that I have ever recommended a contractor! - Honest, transparent, and cost-effective pricing. - Continuous communication by text, email and in person about scheduling, daily schedule, etc. Even after the job, we got rapid response to a couple follow-up questions. - Incredibly high quality finished product. - Super easy to work with; accommodating to change orders; really listened to what WE wanted while still offering perspective from years of experience about how various options are likely to turn out. - Clean and tidy! They protected our carpets while tromping through the house. They clean up after themselves. - Veteran owned, small business - the people who own the business do the work. Not a general contractor. You're not paying for someone else to bring in subcontractors. - You have to think ahead and schedule jobs further out than tomorrow! They are SOOO worth the wait. You're hiring real people who have a real stake in their own work and they're in demand."

"Alex and his team did a great job. Quote for doing the work was competitive and they worked with me on pricing regarding an underlayment issue that came up during the installment that needed to be corrected to do the job correctly. The floors looked so good after completing, I’m having them do another area in my home. I highly recommended them."
