"Jovic and his team winterized our pool. They came to see the pool, explained what they would do, helped us understand a Fairfax notification, and gave us a reasonable price. His team was flexible, allowing several closing date changes with no complaint. They communicated well. The three member team was very nice and professional. They came at the time I asked for (1-3 pm), rang the bell under the carport as asked, and waited for me, in contrast to other pool companies (Beltway, American) which had just charged into the backyard without permission. They asked courteously where to put water discharge; explained to us why they put the antifreeze in with the bottle, and told us they had the plugs in the pump for the winter so we would not lose them. They kindly answered questions, cleaned our pool carefully and thoroughly, and put the pool cover on completely, making sure all the anchors for it were properly attached. We were very happy and will use them again! Highly recommend!"

" I am paid more than 80k to redo my pool house located in Mclean, VA. The pool never worked. Always green. Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. This pool was reconstructed, and the same company did the plumbing and machines. Please be careful when hiring this company complete rip-off. After ripping off, they will say customers do not know anything about the pool. This is the value they will give to the customer who paid around 80k "

"I just had my pool resurfaced by Millennium Pools with Pebblestone. Yan Larenas ((Project Manager) and Elmer Lopez (Superintendent) have been outstanding. They are both very nice, patient (especially since I?m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I have a gorgeous pool now and it went so smoothly, without stress due to Yan and Elmer. I can?t overemphasize how impressed I am with them and how happy I am with my new pool. "4 years ago, we hired A&L to build a screened in porch in the middle portion of our existing deck, and their work was exceptional. The porch came out fantastic and our experience working with A&L was the best contractor experience we have had. This Fall, we decided the rest of the deck needed to be torn down and replaced, so we only made one phone call- to A&L. Once again, the workmanship was fantastic. Earl, the builder, is a craftsman at the top of his game and is someone who takes great pride in his work. Earl takes no shortcuts at all and will not leave the job until it is built to perfection. Earl told us he would arrive by 8 am every morning, and sure enough, by 7:55, he was on site. He would tell me what he planned to accomplish that day and he would always get the work done. We ended up doubling the size of our deck and we could not be happier with it and we know we are likely to never work with a contractor this good again, they are very rare. Keith Ardinger was a pleasure to work with during the planning stage of the deck and patiently went over all our options with us. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to get your electrical (lighting, etc.) done during the deck building process, even if it delays the deck building. A&L only builds the decks and porches, but they have contacts to do electrical and patio work if you need them. We waited until after our project was done to go back and do the electrical and it became a bit of a pain. Again, you will not go wrong with A&L, they will build you something you can be very proud of."

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. I will be hiring OSSA to do some work in my own home, as I look to make necessary improvements in the future. I've told everyone I know how how wonderful they are. 6 out of 5 stars!"

"From the initial planning to the final inspection, everything went smoothly and the work was done in a timely manner. The work crews were professional, and did a careful job on everything. I was surprised that there was more sealing and protection applied to the underlying structure than I anticipated, more than code requires, and the deck should last a long time."

"I submitted an estimate request through their website. Received a reply from Robert that they are "scheduling new construction into July", which was fine. Then he asked for "dimensions or approximate square footage" of the patio, which I provided, along with the pictures of the area. I also specifically mentioned the material (concrete): "I'd probably want a concrete leveled with the concrete slab that is already there". Robert replied: "Thank you for the clarification – that is very helpful" and states that they schedule estimates for 3 weeks away - no problem, I made an appointment between 10-11 AM. On the date of appointment Robert emails at 9:50 AM to tell me that appointment needs to be rescheduled due “Due to the expected weather today”. It was raining in the early morning, but stopped at the time of our appointment (mind you, I had other contractors keeping appointments in the rain). He offers to provide “ballpark costs for the patio you want and compare the paver vs. Flagstone cost”. Why would I want “ballpark” estimate after waiting for him to come for 3 weeks and also after I had made it clear that I wanted all concrete patio? I replied that I wanted to have the real estimate for all-concrete patio, which would require his visit. And then Robert drops the final bomb on me: “We unfortunately do not install concrete patios – only paver or Flagstone”. I understand they have more business than they can handle now and can be picky with the jobs they take on. My project, obviously, was not big enough for them, but they knew the scope of my project and still refused to even show up for an estimate. Everyone of their competitors that I contacted at least kept their appointments and had been professional."
