They require a deposit (1/3rd of cost) and it was very easy to get that done over the phone with Tony. Once the job was complete, Glen took a video of the fence and sent it to me. I live out of state, so I appreciated him showing me the final product that way. Overall, I had a great experience with Fairfax Contractors. Glen was very responsive on email, text and by phone. I’m having them look at another project and hope to use them again in the future."

They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. "The guys with All Phase Fence Inc. did a fantastic job with our fencing.  They were prompt, professional and courteous.  The owner, Tom Britton, made sure to discuss all aspects of the fencing project in advance to ensure we got what we wanted.  Our project was slightly complicated as it involved installation of several types of fencing in three different locations, as well as repairs to an existing fence.  Yet the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  The materials are beautiful and the installation very professional.  Once the project was complete, the owner personally came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy.  I would recommend using All Phase Fence Inc for all your fencing needs.
