"Matt gave us a fair price for the two types of fencing we wanted. He was upfront that due to Covid, he was not sure how long it would take to get the materials. We signed the contract in late July of 2020 and the office manager would reach out to us every six weeks or so to give us an update. We were not in any hurry and knew the material being manufactured was out of their control. Late January of 2021 all the fencing was installed in one day by a very professional and personable crew. Matt came be that day and a week later to install a few missing fence post caps. We would highly recommend Infinity Fence to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service."

However, my outside water faucet was damaged and it took repeated calls for them to fix that. My electrical lines were damaged so badly it took an electrician almost a full day to property repair everything (imagine that cost!). Also, the gate latch on one of the gates was put on backwards."

"We had a new in ground pool installed. Existing fence did not meet code guidelines. A compliant design was designed interactively on site. Selection of materials confirmed in their store. It took several weeks to get materials which were ordered. Installation required coring holes into a concrete slab in some places. The work crew did a great job and was friendly and courteous. When the fence did not pass initial inspection (there was more than 2" under the fence in some areas, though why this needs to be this low since the other spaces allowed are 4" no one can explain)) Goode met with code inspector and then came back and lowered the fence. We are pleased with the end result.

"Atlantic Coastal is the best!  After wind damage, our roof was leaking in several places.  We shopped around and got quotes from several different companies. Some seemed to be attempting to move sub-standard shingles for a huge markup.  We were allotted a specific amount for repairs by our insurance company.  Atlantic Coastal worked with us and provided quality for the best price.  I had a family member visit from another state who happens to be in the roofing industry.  He commented on the quality of work and almost didn't believe me when I told him the price for such high-quality work.  Pictures of each step in the process were taken to document everything for our insurance company at no additional cost to us.  Each time we have tried to contact Brian or Sarah, regardless of how busy their schedule may have been, they always responded quickly. 
When I read the the tiny percentage of negative reviews on Angie's List, I initially wondered if the reviewers were even talking about the same company.  When I read the responses from Sarah, I realized that she and Brian must have ended up trying to provide service for a customer who is completely nuts.   The A++ rating is for a reason?
