I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. "They were very nice the problem was that they didn't have any material with them, they said no material which meant either they said no material in the ad it meant they didn't supply any of the shrubs or any of the plants or anything and they didn't have any tools with them for planting or anything else but anyway I borrow some stuff from my neighbors so it was fine. They should explain in their ad that they don't supply any tools that you have to have your own gardening tools."
