"I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. "Spent weeks trying to rid our kitchen from ants. Have two young children that drop crumbs everywhere. We put all our food in R.I.P. lock bags and sealed containers. Used raid spray and ortho home defense to no avail. Even used ant baits. We finally had enough! Had used APM in the past for fleas. We knew who to call. After treatment we saw no more ants with in 24 hours. APM extermination specialist John is very knowledgeable! He answered all our guestions and even spent time to educate us on our ant problem. "I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

"I received a one-time service for a termite problem at my home - Charged over $700 for the one-time service. I did NOT sign nor even verbally agree to a monthly contract + to my surprise of course I receive a bill stating otherwise. I have been reaching out the company multiple times via phone + chat yet NO ONE seems to respond. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can't even receive a simple response. And how do you charge for a contract I did not agree or sign for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - They are a fraud charging you for something you did not agree to."
