"They broke the slab they were installing and refuse responsibility. They broke off trim on a vanity and blamed the age of the vanity (eventually paid to repair) and left too much side edge (refused to trim) so I had to pay another vendor so my fridge would fit."

I was told by my builder to contact the subcontractor directly since Ron Hamlin Tile was who did the tile in my house. I called 850-408-1375 and began to explain that they did the tile in my house and the guy cut me off by apologizing and proceeding to tell me he will never do work for the builders who hired them to do my house ever again and then he hung up on me and then blocked me so my calls would no longer go through. This company is so rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! I wasn?t even calling to complain about the work they did, I wasn?t even simply calling to hire them to add additional tile because I HATE where the builders had them stop the tile in my kitchen. They should think before hanging up on potential customers! SMH. Emotional fools. Grow up!"
