I was very happy with the finished product and with every aspect of the project from quote to completion. The sales staff quickly responded to my on-line request for product information with several options to meet my needs and quickly provided a detailed and reasonably priced quote. They provided timely and safe demolition of the existing structure and quickly completed construction of a custom water-tight patio cover with the look of a pergola that was compatible with other existing pergola structures in my yard."

"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

Due to living far away we couldn't visit the construction site, but they uploaded frequent photos to their awesome client web site where we could also see photos of items we chose and other details. Even did Facetime walkthroughs with us. Kessler was super responsive to any inquiries we had and were very professional. We really couldn't be happier. We just moved in a few weeks ago and the attention to detail is awesome, and all the work inside and out is really top notch. "May Day did an outstanding job from the initial quote to completion of the work. The grass in our front and backyard was struggling, with many patchy areas. Clay and roots were also an issue. Marc reviewed our yard, and then provided us with what we felt was a fair proposal. As requested, he had broken down each element of the proposed work so that we could pick and chose to fit our budget. He also suggested additional items such as underground drainage hose from our rain gutters to a wooded area behind our house for improved drainage. He provided a list of suggested plants for our flower beds, designed for climate and the look of the house/yard. The work proceeded well with the crew. They brought in fill dirt and topsoil, and graded it nicely. This included breaking up some of the areas of clay in the front yard, and making a nice blend with topsoil. in the back yard, he had suggested a gentle slope away from our back patio, which was elevated somewhat from the rest of the backyard. This was done well and looks great. They laid approximately 10,000 SQ FT of sod between the front and back yards. They also prepped the flower beds by removing the roots from the previous shrubs, and installed a variety of plants in a pleasing design. They cut-in the edges of the sod to fit sidewalks and driveways, and around trees. The job looks very professionally done. This work took 7 or 8 business days. The crew cleaned up sidewalks and the driveway at the end of each day. The workers were courteous and respectful of our property. There are a couple of minor issues which Marc has promised to address. We would certainly use May Day again for landscaping needs. We have recommended them to acquaintances."
