"Very prompt; showed up on time to pressure wash deck. Returned in 2 days after drying. Spent next 3 days working diligently and applying primer/stain/aggregate mixture to railing/pickets/ and finally 2 coats to flooring of deck/porch/stairs. Lastly put on final UV protector. Overall very pleased. Appearance went from 4/10 to 8.5 or 9/10. Color is custom brown and pleasing. Has slight blotchiness here and there, but that is part of the nature of the process. Too early, of course . to tell about durability and duration. I will try and post update in a year. Product does have 10 year warranty, and since this deck area only gets light-to-moderate use for only 5 months/year, I am hoping that it will last the advertised time."

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. "Excellent!! In my newly purchased home, I wanted the color in the master bedroom changed. The existing paint job was excellent - I just wanted a different color (from blue to gray). When I showed Matt my choices he made a suggestion (a warmer gray as opposed to a cooler gray for the bedroom). I am so glad I followed his advice. Matt arrived on time with all tools and materials. He removed wall plates and covered trim. He asked me to look after the first coat to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Then, when finished - it was so beautiful! The color turned out to be perfect and completely covered the old color. The job was spotless in that there were no skipped spaces and no disturbance to the already perfectly done trim and closet door (which were white). Matt is so professional and also so personable.
