"full roof replacement on commercial building including removing skylights and adding drainage"

"My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

"Overall it was a good installation and 3 roofers worked their butts off. We did have a couple scheduling issues but every thing else was fine."

"Skyline Roofing did an incredible job on my roof. They were very knowledgeable, , easy to work with, and they provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for any roofing/gutter needs!"

"Straight Forward Construction replaced my roof, and it was a great experience. Christian Teague was knowledgeable, patient, and zero pressure—unlike the pushy salespeople from other companies I got estimates from. He listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and gave the most reasonable price. The team did a full tear-off and replacement professionally, communicated well throughout, and the new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend Straight Forward and ask for Christian!"

"MLD roofing was superior from the beginning to the end- I was raised in a construction family and knew what things to expect! The salesman, Matthew was very thorough with design , what to expect, and how to make the process seamless and easy. The crew were here at the appointed time and put out tarps and worked diligently each day on the two day process of removal of old shingles and repair of damaged areas and then replacement of my roof! I am very happy and confident in this company and would recommend them to everyone. What a wonderful group of workers who cleaned down to every scrap and every last nail .. love them all and my new roof is amazing!"

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
