He kept us informed of the process, he arrived at the agreed upon time was very respectful of the area, using drop clothes to keep the area clean. "Great results cleaning the tile grout in my walk in shower and kitchen/entrance hallway. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago. I would hire again for future tile/carpet cleaning projects. Thank you!"

Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new.
