"Cleaned out 2-car garage of materials left by previous owner so that all that remained were bare walls. Moved washer, dryer and deep sink to back patio. Required a dumpster. Adjusted location of deep sink to provide more room for washer and dryer. Repaired wall box for washer previously damaged by installation people. Repaired damage to walls and ceiling. Primed and painted walls and ceiling. Replaced broken attic access stairs. Installed new window blinds, hangers for garden tools, and assembled 3 6'x4' storage racks. Pressure washed garage floor, and applied 2-step epoxy coating. Cost of service below is for labor and all all materials. Jeff and Michael were easy to work with, and provided advice and assistance all through the project. Worker was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to using them on future remodeling projects."

"I had the pleasure of working with Eduardo from Premium Painting and remodeling. Highly professional painters, and I must say, the quality of their work was absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of expertise and dedication that truly impressed me. My house has been transformed beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for a job well done!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the work Jorge and his team did on our home. They completely transformed it by installing new flooring throughout the entire house, including a beautiful staircase, and remodeling two bathrooms. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The tile work is perfectly aligned, the stair treads look seamless, and every transition is clean and professional. The bathrooms turned out absolutely stunning—from the large-format tile and fluted wood vanities to the custom shower glass and brushed gold fixtures. Everything looks modern, elegant, and built to last. What impressed me most was Jorge’s professionalism. He communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up when he said he would, kept the job site organized, and made sure every detail was done right. His crew worked hard, respected our home, and took pride in their craftsmanship. Finding a contractor you can trust is difficult, but Jorge earned ours. If you’re looking for some"

"Jeremy and Marie did a fantastic job on repairing my upstairs bathroom. The tub was leaking which caused some major issues. Jeremy came analyze told me what had to get done and he executed and did an amazing job. Thank you Jeremy and Maria. I appreciate you working with me with my schedule."
