Both managers(Chris/adam) seemed uninterested in my feedback and made no real effort to resolve the issue or retain my business. There was no apology, no resolution—just a generic, dismissive response. To make matters worse, I was charged a $300 fee after canceling, supposedly because a service was scheduled within 30 days—despite the fact that I had raised concerns and expressed intent to cancel for over two months.
