"They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects."

"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
