Work entailed considerable grinding on the old concrete floor to prepare it for the new epoxy application. Randy applied several coats of epoxy as well as adding the flakes. He worked two days on the floor and then returned the following week to follow up and make sure the floor had properly dried. Randy and his partner were a joy to have working on this project. "Mike is a one-man crew. He is very thorough and uses only quality paint which is included in his quoted price. The job required some small repair and some sanding and leveling of earlier unpainted stucco or plaster. He was worried about shadowing and so applied 2 finish coats over a base coat. Because he was concerned about matching the whites in the bathroom he repainted the entire bathroom at no additional cost. It was not a huge job but the areas were highly visible. He fussed for 2 days before he was satisfied with his work. Best paint job I have ever had."
