"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

"There wasn't anything that we disliked about them. I felt very comfortable with the men that they sent, with the job that they did, and they worked full. The big deal was half day of labor, or something, and they finished the first part of it, and started on something else, which was good. We had them come back to do something else. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding on the second part of the job, and each group thought the other group was coming, but we ironed that out."

"We knew that we had to have new gutters for the last few years and have just put it off. Realizing that the problem was only getting worse and could start to affect the foundation, we called and got bids from four different companies. Artisan was not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive. From all the questions we where asking they where providing the same materials and putting them onto the house in the same manner as the next two higher bids but came in under their bids by $700 and $1200. Once I called Matt and accepted his bid he told me that he could have me on the schedule within 8 days, which was fine by us. Four days later he called and explained that they had a job put on hold and would we like them to come out the next day and get the job done. We told them sure, and the next day the crew was out bright and early and got the job done in a timely manner. When they where finished they came to the door and took my wife on a walk through of the job. She pointed out one thing that she didn't like how it looked and they took care of it immediately to her satisfaction.The next day, I saw where they had put on the fascia, and was not totally pleased with how it looked. I called Matt and the next day he was out to look at it with me and saw the angle that I was looking at it and agreed that it could be done better, and they had it done that day. I appreciate that they where willing to complete the job to our satisfaction down to the little things.If you need guttering done, this is a great company to call and work with. The neighbors have even commented on how much nicer it makes the house look. We had our first big rain the other night and did not have any of the leaking problems we where starting to see, so it was a good investment."
