"Contract said 25% down however they requested more than the 25%. I was stupid and gave that to them. Work was to be done in 7-10 days. They were to begin work on Monday. Showed up on Tuesday for 6-7 hours. No more work done that week. Constant lies about where they were and what they were doing. Went through personal belongings of mine and took items. Said I accused workers of which I did not. On Friday after another lie, I had had it and let them go. One of the owners said she’d be by to return my money and they never returned and I never got my money returned. A post on Nextdoor app using my name calling me scatterbrained, etc. iI did use company name and warned people of what had happened with that company name. I was threatened by the company With their personal names, not their company name, that they had already talked to their attorney."
