We hired S&S Custom Decks because the original contractor “Competitive Contracting LLC failed at the job. Joe (S&S Custom Decks) had to completely replace the surface of the deck and tear out the drainage system and replace with a new system. Joe did an excellent job. He was very professional and did a great job communicating with us. When we discovered a small issue he was out promptly to fix the problem. We are going to have this company out next summer to do another job. One of the most important thing we want when dealing with a company is “communications” between them and us. Joe did just that.
