They know so many specialists and are great at coordinating everything you need; plumbers, electricians, framers, drywallers, and more. Their prices are comparable to less capable builders, and they're very good and keeping in touch about pricing and make sure to get your input before buying product or confirming any workers. They let me bring in my own design choices and a few pieces we wanted to use from a previous update like the sinks, cabinets, and some tile, and even worked with us on price by letting us do some of our own painting. If there were one thing that would have improved the project it would have been a clear design plan with blueprints that all the crew could work from together, but we were flexible and were able to be on-site and review every step of the build and make changes as they came up. I understand that updating and changing blueprints and getting approval of each change would extend deadlines by days, which is why our job was done in record time, and that was more important to us than the blueprints. We weren't micro-managers, and were fine to let Kami and Carlos run their crews and only call us in if there were any questions or decisions to be made."
