"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"We needed our entire roof replaced. The group of installers did an outstanding job. They were so efficient and thorough in all aspects including an immaculate clean up of the property afterwards. The lead for the crew, and the project manager were so personable and communicative!! Our roof looks great and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work done on their structure."

"The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

"True North did a great job by working on time and at a reasonable price. They also had to deal with our unexpected flooring change from manufactured engineered wood to vinyl water proof flooring. On top of this, they worked well with us when we added another room to be done."

"Communication was excellent. They showed up on time and completed the work as scheduled. The pictures that were taken were helpful to document the work for my client, the seller."

"Ryan was professional, responsible, and easy to communicate with. He answered my questions promptly and was knowledgeable about the work being discussed. I appreciated his reliability and would recommend reaching out to him for exterior home projects"

"We cannot say enough good things about Nick. He replaced all of our exterior trim and it looks incredible. It was a huge project and Nick did not disappoint! Nick and Marshall are both so kind, hard working, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. They gave us updates every day and were very transparent about their progress along the way. We cannot wait to have NP Carpentry back for a future project!"

"We had Tim and his team work on a full re-model In Greenland, NH. This was a full gut job as the house needed major repairs and updates. What we got in return was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on one side and a 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the other side! Tim and his team are wonderful to work with, he listened to our ideas and helped us make them come to! We are so happy with the finished product and working with Tim that we are going to use him and his team on our next project!"

"My deck needs some urgent repairs two week’s ago. I posted a project on Angie. Gavin has responded to my request promptly and came by my house the same day to provide me a quote. His crew showed up the next morning on time and repaired my deck in 2 hours. That’s was impressive! I will reach out to Gavin again for future services."

"I hired Capital Construction to replace the aging roof shingles on my house. Their quote was completive with other local contractors and far less than national contractors. Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again."
