"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. "They were excellent. They showed up on time, performed the work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Not only did they strip the roof, they also replaced the plywood before re-shingling. They flashed where necessary and installed the drip edge. Most surprising to me was the quality of the cleanup. I am yet to find a single nail left behind despite the snow we had on the ground. I liked them so much that I will be bringing them back in the spring to insulate and install vinyl siding!"
