The bid they provided was very detailed re: what work was to be done and referenced the inspection report, which made it easy to follow their proposal. The final cost was slightly lower than the estimate they provided. They kept to the schedule, even with all the rain this year. The workers were polite, kept us informed re: what they were doing, were not intrusive, and got the work done quickly. No complaints at all and will use them again for general upkeep/any problems in the future."
